This year, there were 4 candidates for each scholarship offered in the competition launched by Transilvania Executive Education in partnership with Banca Transilvania, Evergent Investments and Republica.ro. Those who applied have top and middle management positions in marketing, human resources, IT, production and so on.
Who are the winners of the TEE EMBA scholarships:
Delia Muresan is the Co-Fondator and CEO of Blueware Solutions with over 15 years of experience in delivering services in the financial and IT field. Delia discovered her passion for leadership early in her career and led multi-disciplinary teams, bringing process improvements and increasing collaboration between the teams she led. With an interest in creating strategic direction in the companies she has been involved with, Delia began her entrepreneurial career this fall with a commitment to improve her clients' businesses through technology.
Raluca Gheorgheș is a specialist with almost 20 years of experience in journalism, marketing, Human Resources and IT. She currently works as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at FintechIO. Beyond personal growth, Raluca’s goal is to lead by example, leveraging these skills to contribute positively to both the business world and my community.
Mihaela Morar has over a decade of experience in IT and currently leads as the Group Head of Product Management at Endava. Mihaela has demonstrated strong leadership in operations, service delivery management, ERP project implementations, and a keen interest in addressing organizational design needs.
Béla Gáspár is a Business to Business sales professional with nearly 20 years of experience in consultative sales, marketing strategy and business development. Béla has helped numerous companies achieve better results through data-driven software solutions and e-commerce business strategies.
The winners of the EMBA scholarships will join the 10th group of Executive MBA students and will start classes on February 29, 2024. The TEE Executive MBA programme is accredited by Buckingham University, and the courses take place in Cluj-Napoca, taught by international and Romanian experts.
