What to expect from this session:

Participants will be split into two groups and each group will be receiving a mandate: they are the newly appointed senior management team with the mission to design a turnaround change management plan and save a company. The company is in financial distress, declining customer’ satisfaction while employees’ engagement is historically low.

Each team will receive a basic data set and a time plan with deliverables with the clear mission to develop a convincing change management plan to turn around the company and avoid bankruptcy.

During the 6h session there will be a few tollgates where each team will present the status, further collect data and meet people from the organization in order to build a solid plan. The last toll gate is the final presentation of the change management plan to turnaround and save the organization, in front of all participants, while showing the key deliverables of the change management plan:

-          Establishing the sense of urgency

-          Identify the right team

-          Create vision & strategy

-          Communication

-          Empower others

Along the way we will engage in sharing experiences and real stories on turnaround cases.
